Avoid to dark beverages for three days.
Strictly avoided : Tea, Coffee, Cola, Soy sauce, Wine, Sodas and Juice
of Grapes, Cherries, Tomatoes, Peaches, Raspberries, Cranberries, Blackberries,
Cherries. If you really need, a useful tip is to use a straw when drinking liquids.
As much as possible only drink clear liquids and water.
Avoid to chocolates and sweets for three
days.
Sweet foods and similar other food groups can be harmful for your teeth.
Chocolates are usually sticky and can be very harmful for your teeth. If not
cleaned and rinsed after eating, bacteria would develop inside the mouth and

Avoid to cold or hot liquids for three days.

Cigarettes contain nicotine and its nicotine content stains the teeth and

is advisable not to smoke at least 1 month.
