The first three days is most critical to keep the whitening results after teeth bleaching. After whitening the pores or dentinal tubules are open and teeth can absorb any color until they harden. 1. Avoid To Dark Beverages For Three Days

4. Avoid To Cigarette Smoking At Least 1 Month
