Opalescence PF 20% is a thick solution, which is dispensed to patients by a dentist and applied by the patient at home. The unique scalloped tray with reservoirs was developed to minimize tray contact and peroxide gel exposure to soft tissues. Approximately 95% of the time for removing some or all of the discoloration and stains due to natural, congenital, systemic, pharmalogic, traumatic, etc. Success is most always obtained with fluorosis and to significant degrees with the tetracycline staining, depending on the patient compliance and/or duration of treatment.
